Jesus Ossian da Cunha
Holds a degree in Mathematics from UFPI (2006), a Master’s degree in Systems and Computing Engineering from COPPE-UFRJ (2009), and a Ph.D. in Systems and Computing Engineering from COPPE-UFRJ (2014). He completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Postgraduate Program in Computer Science at UFBA from 2014 to 2016. He is currently a (on leave) professor in the Department of Statistics and Applied Mathematics at UFC and a researcher at the Center for Mathematics and Applications at Nova University of Lisbon in Portugal. He has experience in the field of Mathematical Programming, focusing mainly on the following topics: integer programming and combinatorial optimization.
